Job Title: ASSISTANT/ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR

Job Description: The Statistician will teach and provide statistical consultation and will conduct his/her own research in statistical theory or methodology. As a faculty member, this person will be expected to serve on committees at the department, college, and/or University level. This is a 12 month appointment and the person is subject to the time and effort reporting requirements for 12 month employees.
Minimum Qualifications: Earned doctorate from an appropriately accredited institution in statistics or related statistical field, effective interpersonal skills to collaborate with researchers in health professions, effective teaching skills, and demonstrated potential for publication in peer reviewed journals. Two plus years consulting experience post degree. Familiarity with SPSS and SAS desirable.
