This four-phase process guides you through the elements of career planning, including self-understanding, exploring a variety of medical careers, and finally choosing a specialty to meet your career objectives. People whose choice of careers matches their values, skills and interests tend to be more satisfied and successful in their working lives. This is also true of selecting a specialty. The program includes a password-protected Web site, printed student manuals, school-sponsored workshops, and advisors. While developed and sponsored by the AAMC, the program is a partnership with medical schools. Brody School of Medicine students may obtain a password by contacting Academic Support and Enrichment Services.
