Live cell polarization imaging

We have set up an Olympus IX-70 microscope for live cell polarization imaging to study the mechanism by which different dietary fatty acids disrupt the molecular order within lipid raft and non-raft domains of varying cell types.  We are currently combining the live cell polarization imaging with 2-photon microscopy studies at the Michael J Hooker imaging facility at UNC-Chapel Hill.
