Academic Support and Enrichment Center
The primary mission of the Academic Support and Enrichment Center (ASEC) is to maximize the academic success, personal and professional development and graduation of medical, nursing and allied health students while emphasizing service to minority and disadvantaged students. To achieve this mission the staff of ASEC recruits and supports all pre-health students at the undergraduate level and provides group and individual academic counseling for medical, nursing and health science students. ASEC faculty members serve as change agents and as resources regarding multiculturalism and diversity.
