Office of Generalist Programs
The Office of Generalist Programs (OGP) serves as a dynamic bridge among a broad range of education and service programs. It is aimed at improving health services in underserved and rural communities, particularly in eastern North Carolina. The OGP works to increase the number of students entering primary care specialties and assists in the appropriate recruitment of high quality resident physicians for the BSOM and Vidant Medical Center primary care programs.
