Clinical providers should be aware of the potential to receive a Medical Records Request (“Request”) from HUMANA on behalf of its Medicare Advantage Members A few providers have already received such a Request, and the BSOM Office of Compliance is trying to identify any other Requests that may have been sent directly to our providers. Should you receive this type of Request or currently have a Request from HUMANA, please forward it as soon as possible to Charlotte Price in the Compliance Office, Brody 2W-33.
