What is Diversity?

Simply stated, diversity is "Any Difference that Makes a Difference."

Everyone is a part of diversity. There are many identities that define each person as a unique individual, such as age, race, ethnicity, socioeconomic class, education, gender, language, religion, sexual orientation, marital status and physical and mental abilities. The Diversity Wheel illustrates some of the diversity dimensions that make us all a part of diversity.
