Goal: Participants will gain an understanding of adult education principles. They will learn the importance of a needs assessment. They will learn how to determine course content and to evaluate the course or lecture they are presenting.
Objectives: At the end of the session, participants will be able to:
Outline the basic principles of adult education.
Be able to do a needs assessment
Evaluate whether the course met the stated objectives and needs
