Students are required to complete many items and submit paperwork prior to Orientation in August. As items become available, this page will be updated with web links and forms.
Pay Fall tuition (tuition & fee summary will be available by June 2013)
Students who have successfully completed steps for accepting their financial aid award offer will automatically receive a credit on their tuition bill in the amount that was accepted for the fall semester. The credit will appear starting August xx 2013. Students who do not accept enough financial aid to cover their fall tuition bill or who pay completely out of pocket, will have until August xx 2013 at 5:00pm to pay their charges without incurring a late fee.
Higher One Refund Card - cards will be mailed June 2013 to new students attending ECU for the first time. Students who previously attended ECU will not receive another card. What will my card look like?
Students receiving financial aid (whether loan or scholarship) in excess of their tuition bill will receive a refund. Fall refunds will be available to students beginning the first week of class.
Send Final Transcripts Please have FINAL transcripts from degree-granting schools sent to Brody Admissions Office (Mail Stop 610, Brody 2N-49) for your academic file. Please check your e-mail messages for further details.
Health Insurance RequirementUPDATE For the 2013-2014 academic year, the plan provider will be changing to Blue Cross Blue Shield-Student Blue. At this time, details about the plan are being finalized; therefore, we do not have information yet regarding cost, benefits, limitations, enrollment criteria, or how to enroll in or waive out of the plan. We hope to have this information to share very soon. In the meantime, students and parents can visit Blue Cross Blue Shield's ECU information page. Please take the opportunity to enter your name and e-mail address so BCBS can alert you to the latest information regarding the enrollment/waiver process.
Medical Student Questionnaire (MSQ) Available in Summer Newly accepted students will be sent unique URL links via e-mail to access the MSQ. The survey links will be sent to e-mail addresses submitted by students to the American Medical College Application Service (AMCAS).
