  • BLS/CPR Registration  Please register now for training during Orientation week (books will be provided for you by BSOM). Even if you have a current BLS certification, you will need to participate.

  • Medical Student Questionnaire (MSQ) 
    After June 1 you will receive an email from the AAMC containing a unique URL link to access the MSQ survey. It will be sent to the email address that you provided to AMCAS.  It takes 10-20 minutes to complete and is due September 15

  • Campus Recreation Release of Liability & Participant Health Statement 
  • OSHA Respirator Medical Evaluation

  • HIPAA & Compliance Training/Quizzes
    There are 2 modules containing slides that are followed by a quiz. 80% is required to pass. You may retest until you pass.

  • Medical History
    Select the Online Student Health (OSH) login and complete the Student History information. 
    (DO NOT FOLLOW the immunization instructions on the Student Health Services webpage, but instead FOLLOW the instructions below for submitting your immunization record.  Former ECU students must also complete the immunization form below.)
  • Immunization Form 
    Complete the AAMC form, have it signed by your provider and sent by mail, fax or email to:
    (All immunizations are required according to the dose number listed, e.g. varicella 2 doses or titer. NC high school transcripts list many of these items. We strongly recommend that you keep copies of all documents in a place where you can retrieve them; other  medical institutions may ask for them throughout your training and career.)

  • FINANCIAL AID INFORMATION
    If you are planning to use Financial Aid as a means of paying your tuition, you need to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) or renewal FAFSA via the web (www.fafsa.ed.gov)  Please indicate that you want your information released to East Carolina University,school code 002923.

  • Health Insurance Requirement  Use this link to Pirate Port to waive out or waive in to the university health insurance plan. There is information on the opening page of Pirate Port.  Due by September 10 for Fall Semester.

  • Register for Parking - Registration begins July 15

    Purchase the B4 Permit
  • White Coat Order Form Due by June 30th in order to receive a coat for the White Coat Ceremony    
    Provided at no cost. Regarding the embroidery on your coat, we recommend that you submit the name that you will prefer to be called during the M3/M4 clinical years.
