The Brody Class of 2019 has created a Facebook page for your class to facilitate communication among your members and also provide information about housing, special events and life in Greenville.

    You will receive an email from the AAMC containing a unique URL link to access the MSQ survey. It will be sent to the email address that you provided to AMCAS.     

  • Campus Recreation Release of Liability & Participant Health Statement 

  • OSHA Respirator Medical Evaluation Questionnaire for FIT Test

  • Medical History
    Select the Online Student Health (OSH) login and complete the Student History information. 
    (DO NOT FOLLOW the immunization instructions on the Student Health Services webpage, but instead FOLLOW the instructions below for submitting your immunization record.  Former ECU students must also complete the immunization form below.)
  • Immunization Form 
    Complete the Brody form, have it signed by your provider and sent by mail, fax or email to:
    (All immunizations are required according to the dose number listed, e.g. varicella 2 doses or titer. NC high school transcripts list many of these items. We strongly recommend that you keep copies of all documents in a place where you can retrieve them; other  medical institutions may ask for them throughout your training and career.)

  • FINANCIAL AID INFORMATION
    If you are planning to use Financial Aid as a means of paying your tuition, you need to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) or renewal FAFSA via the web (www.fafsa.ed.gov)  Please indicate that you want your information released to East Carolina University,school code 002923.
