Why join the BWFC and attend BWFC meetings?

Finding a mentor or two. Guidance on tenure and promotion. Learning about data related to women faculty hiring, promotion, and retention. Being a mentor. Passing on your wisdom. Engaging in institutional political processes. Building or solidifying your professional network within BSOM and beyond. Escaping from your office for an hour. Professional development.

Our meetings are open to all interested faculty in BSOM and affiliated health science units. We are an inclusive committee dedicated to professional development. We meet monthly. Please consider attending one of our meetings!
