Priority given to individuals employed in community health centers or enrolled in the MPH degree or another graduate program related to community health center administration at ECU or another accredited university.

Bachelor's degree, letter of recommendation, resume, personal statement of goals and aspirations
How to apply
See the ECU Graduate School website for specific instructions. Have transcripts, your letter of recommendation, your resume, and personal statement sent to the graduate school. Students who are not currently enrolled at ECU apply to the Certificate Program in the same way they would for a degree program.
For students currently enrolled in a graduate degree program at ECU, submit a Request for Approval to Add a Certificate Program to Degree Program, found at http://www.ecu.edu/cs-acad/gradschool/academicpolicies.cfm
Application Deadlines:
Priority for Fall, April 15; Deadline for Fall, July 1
Priority for Spring, October 15; Deadline for Spring, November 15
