The Comparative Medicine Clinical Laboratory is staffed and equipped to conduct routine clinical laboratory procedures, including clinical chemistry, hematology, electrolytes, coagulation panels, microbiology, parasitology, urinalysis, and blood gases. Samples can also be submitted and shipped out to other laboratories for serology and PCR testing of feces, cell lines, and antibodies with advance notification.
The Anatomic Pathology Laboratory performs necropsies and tissue collection, and has an agreement with a histology service to produce slides and to apply tissue stains.
We encourage you to use Comparative Medicine Diagnostic Laboratory Services. Please view the rest of the diagnostic laboratory website and contact the laboratory for additional information.
