Community Outreach Services

Our outreach program provides high quality and expert cardiovascular care and education to many communities throughout eastern North Carolina.  Working closely with community physicians, our specialists pride themselves in delivering consultative care closer to home for many patients.  Providing care in these rural areas supports our mission to improve North Carolina's cardiovascular health.
