| | A current North Carolina medical license is preferred

| | Application deadline for the 2008 - 2009 fellowship

| | Interviews will be held in January and February

| | with final selection of fellows to be completed by March 1, 2008. |

| | Applications for the 2009 - 2010 academic year will only |
| | be accepted AFTER September 1, 2008. |
