From Kinston and other cities south of Greenville

Take U.S. Highway 13/N.C. Highway 11 North (Memorial Drive) into Greenville and turn left onto West Fifth Street/N.C. Highway 43. Turn left at the next light onto Moye Boulevard. Near the construction zone, turn right toward the Leo W. Jenkins Cancer Center. Parking is in front of the cancer center.

From Bethel and other cities north of Greenville

Take U.S. Highway 13/N.C. Highway 11 North (Memorial Drive) into Greenville and turn right onto West Fifth Street/N.C. Highway 43. Turn left at the next light onto Moye Boulevard. Near the construction zone, turn right toward the Leo W. Jenkins Cancer Center. Parking is in front of the cancer center.

From Wilson and Interstate 95

Take U.S. Highway 264 East (I-95 Exit 73) toward Wilson/Greenville. Continue straight into Greenville. Do not exit onto U.S. 264 toward Washington. Continue straight. U.S. 264 becomes Stantonsburg Road. Do not turn right onto Stantonsburg Road leading out of town. Continue toward Greenville. At the intersection with Moye Boulevard, turn left onto Moye. Drive past the construction zone, then turn left toward the Leo W. Jenkins Cancer Center. Parking is in front of the cancer center.

From Rocky Mount

Take N.C. Highway 43 south to Greenville. Once inside the city limits, turn right at the second traffic light onto Moye Boulevard. Drive toward the construction zone, then turn right toward the Leo W. Jenkins Cancer Center. Parking is in front of the cancer center.

Cancer patients who meet the eligibility criteria may stay free at the nearby American Cancer Society's McConnell-Raab Hope Lodge during radiation treatments.
