Welcome to ECU Emergency Medicine. We offer a 3-year, EM program and a 5-year, EM/IM program based in Greenville, N.C. Our primary training center is a Level I Trauma Center serving 29 counties in Eastern North Carolina. We have a wonderful family of residents that enjoy working together and spending time together outside of the hospital. If you are interested in rotating or visiting our program, many of our residents are happy to host you in their homes.
