Geriatrics Fellowship
Application Process
Candidates must be graduates of approved family practice or internal medicine residency programs. Fellows must be board certified and obtain medical licensure in the state of North Carolina. The one-year and two-year fellowships begin July 1. Please specify which fellowship is of interest.
Appy via ERAS or our application form here or from the office of the fellowship director. Along with a completed application form, please submit the following:
- A current curriculum vitae
- Three letters of reference: including the program director
- A brief statement of career goals in geriatrics and family or internal medicine
- Eligibility for licensure in North Carolina
