Status of Work
Library Section - Final painting and installation of ceiling tile ismostly completed. Installation ofmillwork is completed. Installation ofdata wiring is completed. Installationof VCT and installation of carpet is mostly completed, and base is beingstarted. Final cleaning has started.
Allied Health Section - Installation of ceiling grid, lights and HVAC Louvers is completing and installation of ceiling tile ongoing. Laboratory casework installation is completed. Bathroom fixtures and ceramic tile work is finished. Installation of VCT and vinyl flooring is ongoing and carpet installation has started. Installation of data wiring is completing. Installation of sound booths is ongoing. Final painting has started.
Nursing Section - Window and glazing is completed. The installation of drywall and primepainting is competed. Installation oflab casework in completing. Installationof ceiling grid, lights and HVAC Louvers is occurring and installation ofceiling tile has started. Bathroomfixtures and ceramic tile work has ongoing. Installation of data wiring is ongoing.

Library Section - Building section will be substantially completed. Architect and engineer pre-final inspectionswill have occurred. Punch listcorrection will be ongoing. Finalinspections with State Construction Office and the Department of Insurance willbe ongoing.

Issues
Presently the work is still 55 daysbehind the CM@Risk construction schedule, but is on track to be ready for theMay move. The CM@Risk continues to work withthe painting, ceiling grid and finishes contractors to develop and implementplans to make up time during their work.
Audio Visual Equipment contract hasbeen awarded to InterTechnologies for all three priorities of the rooms plusthe fifteen audio/video capture classrooms. The work to date has progressed satisfactorily.
Materials Management has completed thebidding and purchase of all furniture, and purchase orders have been issued. Delivery and installation will start inmid-April.
Users need to finalize any changein the move documents to allow Materials Management to bid for the movingservices in March.
