Groundbreaking Ceremony
Groundbreaking ceremonies have always symbolized the beginning of a new construction project. The Health Sciences Complex groundbreaking ceremony took place on March 26, 2004. Among the hundreds of attendees were many of ECU's chancellors, vice chancellors, deans, and directors. Several media crews and photographers documented the event.
