Review of the Audio Visual Equipment Design has been completed, and a review meeting is being scheduled to discuss the comments and determine decisions. The initial run was about 1 million over budget, but ITCS and the designer are working on options to reduce the costs without reducing the program requirements. There were a couple of requests for adding functions to rooms that were not initially programmed.
Furniture samples are on site being reviewed this week. We will meet March 15th at 8am at the Hardy building to review and discuss those results with the Interior Designer.
The designer should be preparing the initial color selections for review in the next month.
A topping out ceremony is planned for March 31st at 4pm at the construction site tent.
