Presently the work is 13 days behind the CM@Risk construction schedule. Due to some of the changes made in the sequencing of work, so the schedule has been revised to accurately show the status of the project.
Audio Visual Equipment Design - The design team meet with the user groups and ITCS, and were able to identify cost saving options to reduce the 1 million over budget that occurred with the first estimate came. The revised estimate is due this week for evaluation. The user groups have been asked to start identifying priorities of needs in order to match up with the level of funding that might actually be received.
The evaluation of the furniture samples was completed. The design team is meeting this week for final plan reviews with the user groups to allow for cost estimating to be completed.
Final selection boards to be presented after selection of interior building color selections. The designer should be preparing the initial color selections for review in the next month. Work has been delayed by resolution of the carpet quality versus the carpeting allowance as provided in the construction contract.
