Issues
Presently the work is 13 days behind the CM@Risk construction schedule.  Time has been made up through the use of alternative fireproofing materials in the mechanical penthouses which is allowing roofing to be started sooner.

Audio Visual Equipment Design - The revised pricing estimate was still $282,000 over the original budget, so program elements will have to be identified for alternate bids.  The user groups have been asked to identify priorities of needs in order to match up with the levels of funding that might actually be received.  Awaiting resolution of funding.

The carpet quality/selection issue should be resolved shortly, so the designer should be have the initial color selections for review before the end of the month. Contractor has had difficulty getting the pricing from the supplier.

Final selection boards for the furniture to be presented after selection of interior building color selections. The user groups have been asked to identify priorities of needs in order to match up with the levels of funding that might actually be received.  Awaiting resolution of funding.
