Status of Work
Library Section - Installation of roofing, brick and pre-cast concrete is complete. Installation of window frames and glazing is completing. The installation of drywall is mostly complete, drywall finishing is ongoing, and painting has started. Installation of ceiling grid has started and MEP trades are working above ceiling tie-ins. Installation of data wiring is ongoing.
Allied Health Section - Installation of roofing, brick and pre-cast concrete is complete. Installation of window frames and glazing is 90% complete. The installation of drywall and finishing is ongoing.
Nursing Section - Installation of roofing, brick and pre-cast concrete is 95% complete. Installation of window frames and glazing is ongoing. MEP trades are finishing in-wall inspections and installation of drywall is starting.

Issues
Presently the work is 79 days behind the CM@Risk construction schedule. The additional time lost the last two months was associated with the continued delay involved with achieving dry-in of the building which caused some significant impact due to several heavy rains in early October. The CM@Risk continues to work with the drywall and painting contractors to develop and implement plans to make up time during their work. They are also continuing to develop other schedule alternatives. The target is still to move Allied Health as scheduled in March. We will track the development of the recovery plans, and make a final determination at the first of the year whether this goal can be realistically met.
Audio Visual Equipment Design final specifications have been submitted to Materials Management and they have submitted the documentation to State Purchasing. State Purchasing is working on the bid documents and the bid should be posted next week as planned. Bid receipt will be in early December.
Furniture specifications have been submitted to Materials Management who have been organizing the information to start negotiations and bidding this month.
