Status of Work
Site infrastructure work for electrical, telecommunications, storm sewer and sanitary sewer is ongoing. The building grading is complete. Foundations for the library section are complete and the foundations for the allied health section are 75% complete. Steel erection on the library section is 40% complete. Installation of curbing and gravel in the north parking lots is ongoing.
Work Next 30 Days
Site infrastructure work should be complete to extent possible. Building foundations in allied health section should be completed and ongoing in the nursing section. Structural steel erection in the library area will be completed and flooring decks & slabs started. Structural steel erection will be ongoing in the allied health section. North parking areas will have curbs and gravel completed for use by construction manager for storage and parking.
Issues
Presently the work is 7 days behind the CM@Risk construction schedule due to manpower issues with the foundation sub-contractor, but the CM is working with the sub-contractor on methods to make up the lost time. No additional time has been lost in the last month.
Initial audio visual equipment design review has been completed with a review set to be submitted in mid-January.
Color and furniture design & selection to continue in December/January.
