Xiaoming Zeng is Professor and Chair in the Department of the Department of Health Services and Information Management at East Carolina University. He has more than 20 years of experiences in health care, health informatics, and higher education. He joined ECU at 2004 and moved up the rank to full professor. He has served as the department chair since 2010. Under his leadership, the department established several degree and graduate certificate programs in Health Informatics and Information Management.
