Health Sciences Personnel Administration and Brody School of Medicine Faculty Employment Office supports the Division of Health Sciences and over 700 Faculty and EPA Non-Faculty (EPA - exempt from the State Personnel Act).
The Division is composed of the following:
Health Sciences Personnel Administration and Brody School of Medicine Faculty Employment Office serves as a resource for all Faculty and EPA Non-Faculty related topics, which may include, but not limited to the following:
- Policies and Procedures Development, Implementation, and Interpretation including promotion and tenure, recruitment, performance management, compensation and leave policies, etc.
- Financial Services - Position Management, Salary Recovery and Reporting
- ECU Physicians Supplemental Fringe Benefits Administration
- Training and workshops on topics such as Banner, New Hire Process and Recruitment to name a few.
