Mission Statement

It is the mission of Health Sciences Personnel Administration (HSPA) and the Brody School of Medicine Faculty Employment Office to provide prompt, accurate and professional guidance on Health Sciences Division Faculty and EPA Non-Faculty (EPA - exempt from the State Personnel Act) policies and procedures in support of the University's mission of teaching, research and service.

To serve as a national model for public service and regional transformation by:
