The Division of Dermatology at the Brody School of Medicine, East Carolina University, offers the following services:
- Outpatient General Medical Dermatology
- Mohs Micrographic Surgery
- General Cutaneous Surgical Services
- Phototherapy
- Photodynamic Therapy
- Cosmetic Services (Botox, Juvederm, etc)
- Laser Hair Removal
- V-beam (PDL) Laser Services
- Teledermatology consultative services (to distant sites)
The division also provides inpatient consultative services for Vidant Medical Center, a 861-bed hospital which provides for tertiary care services for the people of Eastern North Carolina, a service population of well over 1 million people. The division also operates an office in nearby Washington, NC. In addition to training residents in Dermatology, the division trains medical students and residents in a variety of specialties.
