The Division of Dermatology at the Brody School of Medicine, East Carolina University, offers the following services:
- Outpatient general dermatology services
- Mohs microscopic-directed surgery
- General cutaneous surgery services
- Phototherapy
- V-beam laser services
- Teledermatology consultative services (to distant sites)
The division also provides inpatient consultative services for Pitt County Memorial Hospital, a 861-bed hospital which provides for tertiary care services for the people of Eastern North Carolina, a service population of well over 1 million people. The division also operates an office in nearby Washington, NC. In addition to training residents in Dermatology, the division trains medical students and residents in a variety of specialties.
