How do I reserve a study room?
Study rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Find out where the study rooms are located by viewing the
Meeting Areas available throughout the Library.
I don’t have an ECU Parking Permit, where can I park?
Metered parking is available in the ‘B’ lot adjacent to the lake. All other parking lots and spaces require a current ECU Parking Permit. For more information, please contact

I live on main campus; can I return my books to Joyner?
Books returned to Joyner Library will experience a delay in reaching Laupus Library which may result in an accruement of fines for overdue materials.
If I am not an ECU faculty, staff, or student, what do I need in order to use the Library?
Laupus Library is open to the public and anyone (area residents, hospital employees, etc.) is eligible to use materials (with the exception of computers) in-house. For more information, please refer to our
