Assistant for Document Delivery
Students must be able to work at least 3-4 hours between the hours of 11:00am–5:00pm, at least 3 days per week, Monday through Friday.  Approximately 15 hours per week.

Starting Date: Immediately
Starting Wage: $8 per hour

Description of Duties: This job provides direct assistance to Document Delivery Staff. Must be courteous, dependable, and dedicated. Primary responsibilities include pulling journals and books from library collections, along with scanning, copying, and electronically delivering articles for staff.  We will train. Other duties may include shelving materials and assisting in Access Services Department as needed.

Qualifications/Expectations: Must enjoy working with people and have computer experience (Microsoft Office). Library experience a plus. Must be able to stoop, bend, kneel, reach up high over your head, lift up to 25 pounds, and push book trucks fully loaded with books or journals. Customer service experience a plus. Must be able to pay close attention to details. Must be able to multi-task and handle several different areas of responsibility. References are required. Serious inquiries only. Assistant for Access Services
Students must be able to work at least 3-4 hours between the hours of 9:00am–12:00midnight, Monday-Thursday, Friday 9:00am–8:00pm, Saturday 11:00am–8:00pm or Sunday from 12noon-10:00pm. Students will be required to work one Saturday per month. Between 10-30 work hours per week.

Starting Date: Immediately
Starting Wage: $8 per hour

Description of Duties: This job is a public service-oriented position. Duties include providing assistance at the public service desk, shelving library materials, assisting clients with photocopiers and microfilm readers/printers.

Qualifications/Expectations: Must be courteous, dependable, and work well with people. Must have computer experience including knowledge of Microsoft Office. Library and customer service experience is preferable. Must be able to stoop, bend, kneel, reach up high over your head, lift up to 25 pounds, and push book trucks fully loaded with books and/or journals. Must be able to help with all kinds of projects

Students must be able to work at least 3-4 hours between the hours from 9:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday. Students will be required to work one Saturday per month. Between 10-30 work hours per week.

Starting Wage: $8 per hour

Description of Duties: These jobs are public service-oriented positions. Must be courteous and dependable. Duties include providing assistance at the public service desks, shelving library materials, assisting clients with photocopiers and microfilm reader/printers, and processing library materials. Must be flexible and able to adapt to changes during the course of work.

Qualifications/Expectations: Must enjoy working with people and have computer experience (Microsoft Office). Library experience a plus. Must be able to stoop, bend, kneel, reach up high over your head, lift up to 25 pounds, and push book trucks fully loaded with books or journals. Customer service experiences a plus. Must be able to pay attention to details. Must be willing to help with the basic library security. Must be able to help with all kinds of projects associated with the moving of library collections from one facility to another.
