Equipment loans should be reserved in advance and can be renewed if not reserved by another borrower. Equipment can be renewed the first time over the phone – subsequent renewals must be returned to the lab at the time a renewal is requested by the original borrower (cannot be returned by a co-worker or other individual).

Equipment must be returned to the Computer Lab Manager and should never be placed in a book drop for return. No equipment will circulate until it has been inspected and approved by Computer Lab Manager.

All files stored on the equipment will be deleted upon return.

The library is not responsible for lost data.

The borrower will be held financially responsible for damage and or loss of any loaned equipment. Loss or damage to equipment will be charged to the borrower.

Students with overdue equipment will have their university records tagged the day following the due date. Faculty and Staff with overdue equipment will lose their borrowing privileges from the library.

Loaner privileges may be revoked at any time if equipment is found to be neglected.

If you have read the above guidelines, you may place an equipment reservation request.
