Flow Cytometry and Confocal Microscopy  (Meet in 4W-37) Introduction to Flow Cytometry basics with emphasis on applications for cell analysis and sorting.  Introduction to confocal laser scanning microscopy as used for image analysis, co-localization and 3-dimensional reconstructions.
