Admission to the PhD program occurs annually with students starting in the 11-week summer session. Completed applications for each summer cohort are due March 15. The GRE or MAT is only required for BSN-PhD applicants. If you have a MSN, MBA, or DNP the entrance examination scores are not required.

All applications to the PhD program in nursing are made through the
ECU Graduate School. Once on the Graduate School website, you will need to set up an account and submit an online application by using the link provided on their website.

A schedule of university fees is available at the
