From the Dean

Dean Brown

Dear Friends,

Happy spring! Just like the season, we're experiencing growth and excitement for new possibilities here at the College of Nursing.

On May 8, we graduated 164 students with their bachelor of science in nursing degrees, 73 students who earned their masters of science in nursing, three who got their post-masters certificates, and five new doctors of philosophy. I'm proud to say that with this graduating class, we're helping to address North Carolina's critical need for more baccalaureate-prepared nurses and nurse leaders.
