Dr. Michelle Taylor Skipper, DNP, FNP-BC, is a graduate of St. Andrews Presbyterian College, the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Duke University and the Gardner-Webb University School of Nursing. She has practiced as a family nurse practitioner for nearly 20 years, working primarily in rural family practice and OB-GYN settings in Scotland County, NC.  She has been on faculty at ECU since January of 2006, and director of the DNP Program since August of 2015.
