The NICU Follow Up Clinic is held in the Outpatient Rehabilitation Center at 2310 Statonsburg Road. A map is mailed to the parent along with the notification of the child's appointment a week prior to the appointment date. The Outpatient Rehabilitation Center is located in the top left in the map of medical campus below.

If the child is also scheduled for a hearing exam the same day as clinic appointment, the exams are held in the Rehabilitation Center #21 on the left side of the map below.
