The NC Health and Wellness Trust Fun recently issued a Request for Proposals for its Fit Community designation and grants program. Grants up to $60,000 will be awarded to applicants who demonstrate need, capacity and sufficient opportunity for positive change. NC municipalities and counties, or lead agencies that represent municipalities and county partnerships and meet eligibility requirements, are encouraged to apply.
