The Pediatric Healthy Weight Research & Treatment Center of East Carolina University, North Carolina State University, and North Carolina 4-H are proud to offer Take Off 4-Health, a healthy lifestyle camp for overweight boys and girls. The 3-week, residential camp will be held at the Eastern 4-H Center in Columbia, NC, and will be supported by the Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University. Take Off 4-Health will help campers learn the tools necessary to lead a healthy lifestyle and reduce their risk of developing chronic disease.

Cost: $2,850.00 for the 3-week session
Limit: 60 campers
