We are pleased to announce the affiliation of
Crystal Manuel, MD with the Personal Counseling Services located at 905 Johns Hopkins Drive. Dr. Manuel received a BA Degree in Psychology from Yale University in 1993. She completed her Medical Degree from the Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University in 2001. She completed a psychiatric residency at University Health Services and served as the Chief Resident in Psychiatry and Internal Medicine Psychiatry.
Dr. Manuel is
available on Monday and Tuesday afternoons for appointments or at other times if necessary. Please call Personal Counseling Services at 744-1408 to schedule an appointment.
