Staff We are pleased to announce the affiliation of
Crystal Manuel, MD with the Personal Counseling Center located at 2N-64 Brody (Academic Support & Enrichment Center). Dr. Manuel received a BA Degree in Psychology from Yale University in 1993. She completed her Medical Degree from the Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University in 2001. She completed a psychiatric residency at University Health Services and served as the Chief Resident in Psychiatry and Internal Medicine Psychiatry.
Dr. Manuel is
available on Monday and Tuesday afternoons for appointments or at other times if necessary. Please call the Personal Counseling Center at 744-1408 to schedule an appointment.
We are pleased to announce the affiliation of
Kim E. Dixon, PhD, MBA, with the Personal Counseling Center located at 2N-64 Brody (Academic Support & Enrichment Center). Dr. Dixon received a PhD in Clinical Psychology from the University of Alabama. She completed a predoctoral internship in the Department of Psychiatry at West Virginia University School of Medicine-Charleston Division, followed by a 2- year NIMH Post-doctoral research fellowship in the Department of Psychiatry at Duke University Medical Center. Dr. Dixon's research interests include psychosocial influences on the adjustment to chronic disease with special emphasis on chronic pain.
