Conversations with counselors and physicians, medical records, and results of psychological tests are treated confidentially within PCC. Exceptions to this are serious threats of suicide or homicide. If you want any of this information shared with persons outside of PCC, a release of information form must be signed prior to the release.

No documentation of a student’s use of the PCC will be made in official University files or records.
