Research Interests
The control of kidney blood flow, sodium excretion and myogenic factors underlying vascular smooth muscle tone are continuing areas of investigation. Current other areas of investigation include butanol vapor therapy in pulmonary edema and non-covalent antisickling agents for sickle cell hemoglobinopathy.
