ECU PHYSICAL THERAPY CLINIC

Overview

ECU Physical therapy is affiliated with the ECU Brody School of Medicine and ECU Neurosurgery & Spine Center.  The clinic only employs licensed physical therapists.  There are no technicians or assistants providing care to ensure you of outstanding physical therapy interventions.

The therapists treat a variety of injuries and diagnoses in all ages and physical activity levels.  The focus of the clinic is spine and orthopedic related injuries, although the therapists are licensed and qualified to treat numerous pathologies.

Since the physical therapy clinic is located inside the ECU Neurosurgery and Spine, the therapists have immediate access to the doctors and nurses to offer a full range and continuity of care.  This also allows for same day appointments if your physician determines there is a need for a physical therapy evaluation.  If you are referred to physical therapy from another healthcare provider, the physical therapists communicate directly with your physician to keep them updated on your progress.
