John Anema, M.A. Ed., LPC, CRC-R is currently a clinical counselor at the Community Wellness Center in Winterville NC. He is an adjunct faculty member who teaches REHB 4000 Interviewing Techniques for Health and Rehabilitation Settings; and REHB 4993, 4994, 4995, 4996 Rehabilitation Services Internship courses. He has a M.A. Ed. Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from East Carolina University. He has 25 years of clinical field experience as a rehabilitation counselor at the Pitt County Mental Health Center and 5 years as a clinical mental health counselor. He has worked 5 years (1982-1987) as a part-time Human Services instructor at the Pitt Community College and 7 years (since 1996) as an adjunct faculty member in the REHB dept. teaching rehabilitation counseling/services courses. He is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor-Retired (CRC-R) and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
