Dr. Sheldon Downes received his B.A. from Bethany College, his M.S. from West Virginia University and his Ed.D from Pennsylvania State University. He generally teaches the following courses: Introduction to Rehabilitation, Medical Aspects of Rehabilitation, Occupational Analysis, and Private Sector Rehabilitation.
