undefinedCheryl Gentile, M.S., LPC, CRC-MAC, CCAS is an adjunct faculty member in the ECU Department of Rehabilitation Studies. She currently is the Director of Substance Abuse Services, Pitt County Memorial Hospital (since 1994) and has a private clinical mental health and substance abuse counseling practice (East Coast Counseling, Inc.-since 1998). Cheryl has 10 years of clinical field experience as a substance abuse counselor or drug program administrator. She has been teaching the REHB 2003 Alcohol and Drug Abuse course since 1992. Cheryl has a M.S. in Substance Abuse Counseling and Rehabilitation Counseling from East Carolina University. She is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor with a specialty Master Addictions Counselor certification (CRC-MAC), Certified Clinical Addictions Specialist (CCAS), and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
