Medical Administrative Certification Program

The MEDICAL Administrative Certification Program provides participants with a strong information base in understanding University policies & procedures impacting Health Sciences employees. This program is designed for those personnel operating in administrative support positions. To complete the program participants must attend each of the training sessions listed and successfully pass the MACP knowledge test in order to receive a Certificate of completion.

• Recording Leave
• FMLA/Voluntary Shared Leave Policies
• Parking & Transportation Services
• Requesting Facilities Services
• Performance Management Process
• MACP Certification TEST
