Initiation of spine biomechanics lab at the University of Pittsburgh with William
C. Welch, MD and Boyle Cheng, PhD.
Validation Protocol, Chronic Sheep Study, Advent tm Cervical Disc Arthroplasty by Blackstone. The purpose of this study is to establish the chronic tissue response to the Blackstone Advent tm.
Exploring the Role of intracellular calcium in neurotransmission. This intracellular
electrophysiology was manipulated by modulating excitatory neurotransmitter release at
