Due to a lack of funding, the 2012 Take Off 4-Health Camp will not be held this summer.

Please check back in spring 2013 regarding Take Off 4-Health 2013.

To register your child for camp:

• Visit the Eastern 4-H Center online enrollment site
  
• Download the camp registration forms and submit them by mail.
