Welcome to the TEDI BEAR Children's Advocacy Center web site.  Our name stands for Tender Evaluation, Diagnosis and Intervention for a BEtter Abuse Response.  The center is part of the Department of Pediatrics of the Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University located in Greenville, NC.  An accredited member of the National Children's Alliance and a member of the Children's Advocacy Centers of North Carolina, we are one of more than 600 children's advocacy centers across the country who serve alleged victims of child abuse.
