The following holiday schedule will be observed by employees in the Chancellor's Division, Academic Affairs, Administration and Finance (Main Campus staff), Institutional Advancement, Research, Economic Development and Community Engagement, Student Life, Schools of Allied Health Sciences, Nursing, Health Sciences Library, and designated employees of Information Technology and Computing Services.

HELP

  • How to get a calendar of your own.
    • 1. Make sure your website is on the main ECU web server in the content management system (CommonSpot).
    • 2. Log in to the Online Help Desk and choose the "Help Desk - Request for Service" link in the middle of the page. In the "Description of Request" field indicate that a CommonSpot calendar ID is needed. Make sure to supply the PirateID of everyone who will need to manage the calendar.
    • 3. A calendar will be created and setup instructions will be emailed to you shortly.

  • Search:
    • The search will search the calendar that you are presently on.
    • It can accept multiple words seperated by a space. Multiple words will be treated as an AND search, all the words in the search criteria must be present to be found.
    • The results are limited to 50 records.
